I just added two playlists onto 1 page and noticed that if a track is playing from the first list and you don’t stop it, it continues to play if you choose a track from the second list.

Should the plugin only allow one track from any playlist on the page to play at a time? If so is there a setting that must be toggled to do this?

I even added a few WP audio shortcodes on that page. Each of those tracks turns off when one of the others is selected on the page. But Audioigniter tracks just play over each other.

I tested this both on a PC and on an iphone. Same problem.

Do you have latest version of AudioIgniter and WordPress?
Are you using the PRO version of the plugin?

Also just in case, can you check for plugin conflicts https://www.cssigniter.com/kb/checking-for-plugin-conflicts/ ?

Hi,

We are on the latest version of WP and the plugin.

I set up a test page on a site that has the latest version of WP, only this one page and no other plugins installed. I set up 2 playlists and checked the page on two pcs and with the latest version of chrome, opera and Firefox. One pc is running win8 the other win10. the interesting thing is that this page does work on the iphone (Safari) but does not on either of the PCs with any of those browsers. Check this page prositeltd.com

Also I don’t understand (@anastis) which feature you are referring to about being in the pro version.

Only PRO version will pause the song in multiple playlists to avoid the issue you have I am afraid. Please check the comparison table here:
