    Hi Philastan,

I’ve seen this duplicate player problem a few times before. It is caused by a jQuery conflict, which may be in your theme, or in another plugin. Do you by any chance have ‘Facebook Connect’ plugin running? (This was the culprit in previous cases). If you do have Facebook Connect plugin, please deactivate and it should fix your problem. If not, please deactivate all your other plugins and switch to the default theme for further debugging. We need to isolate the error and try to work out which plugin/theme is the cause of the problem.

Now the styling issue… it appear that your theme is overriding a lot of the styles in the player. You need to either remove or rename those styles if you want the plugin to use its own styling.

    Hope that helps

I installed the plugin in another WordPress. Same problem.
I use “[hmp_player playlist=’test’]” for the integration into the site… is this correct?

hmm ok few more questions to help diagnose:

    1. Are you on a normal Linux server? Or are you using Windows server?

    2. Are you running WordPress in Multisite mode or just normal?

    3. Please can you clarify – are you using the free or the pro version of the plugin?

    4. Are you 100% sure you disabled all other plugins? This exact problem has been found before to be a conflict with either Facebook Connect plugin, or Jetpack

    Thanks

    Hi Maeve,

i really need support for this issue. A customer is waiting for his website and the only part missing is your plugin… + i still waiting for an answer of my email.
I really don’t know why i bought this plugin if it doesn’t work and i get no support :/

Hey Phil, please head over to the pro version support forum at https://enigmaplugins.com/forums/ and I’ll be able to help you better over there. It sounds like you may need to provide me some login details privately so that I can log in and check the issue. Thanks
