In the past it was not possible to have multiple Pro Forms on one page without using the shortcode wrapping method.

In past forum posts it was indicated that in future releases this would be changed to allow for more freedom with using two or more Pro Forms on a single page.

I have just setup a test page on my site and I no longer see the error message that used to appear when more than one Pro Form was added to a single page.

Is it safe to say this limitation no longer exists? I was not able to find this directly addressed in the docs.

Background info: Essentialy we are trying to use “@media screen” css to display an Authorize.net form to desktop users, and a PayPal Pro Form to users on mobile devices with smaller screen resolutions. To do this we need two Pro Forms placed on the same WordPress page.

As a paying user of s2member, I opened up a ticket with support for this.

I learned that the limitation still exists, but that going with a PHP and JavaScript method would accomplish what I needed.

Ultimately I found and made us of Mobile Detect, “the lightweight PHP class for detecting mobile devices (including tablets).”
