    Hello,

    First of all I would like to mention that I was able to connect my google cloud printer and print with all three receipt options. (Save to google drive option)
    However, there are a few problems with it:

    -Service Unavailable Error. When the add-on is active, I’m not able to complete check-out. Cart and payment type goes into updating mode and doesn’t let me confirm the order. (There is only pay at the door option)
    *I was able to occasionally order from the mobile site, but it still took a lot of time. When the order is completed, customer receives an error as: “Service unavailable”
    but, both admin and the customer received the order e-mail. Also the prints were sent to google cloud printer.

    -While in the add-on Locations tab “wp-admin/admin.php?page=zp_bce0c&tab=bce0c_b4c0b”, saving or refreshing the page sends me to “Page Not Found” page and sometimes refreshing it brings the Locations tab back. (Changes were successfully saved although I was redirected to “Page Not Found”.

    -Local currency symbol is not displayed in the PDF/print.

    -Product add-ons are not displayed correctly (it only displays the codes) in the PDF/print. (Add-on N-Media WooCommerce PPOM)

    -Multi language is not supported. It would be lovely to have a .pot file and just translate according to website language. (If this is offered in the future, I can help with Turkish).

    These are the main issues that comes to my mind for now.
    I wish you developers good luck with this add-on which has great opportunity in the future.

    Thank you for the feedback. As a follow-up, here is feedback to your issues you flagged.

    BizSwoop Support: Based upon this information, we suspect the Plugin might be conflicting with another Plugin you have activated. Or conflicting with custom code you have developed for checkout and other payment options. Can you please deactivate other Plugins and verify if the issue is still occurring? This will help isolate the issue if it’s linked to a plugin conflicting. Or other custom code introducing conflicts.

    BizSwoop Support: Can you please provide a video of this issue occurring, a product useloom.com can record your browser window. And can you also provide the page URL it redirects to for the error “Page Not Found”? This could be related to our comments above about a Plugin or custom code conflicting. Also test this functionality once all other Plugins are deactivated. And verify if the issue still occurs.

    BizSwoop Support: Which local currency symbol are you using? And does this occur for the print-outs? or only on the PDF view in GCP?

    BizSwoop Support: At this time, we don’t provide third party product or checkout Plugins compatibility support for the Print Plugin. Based upon this information, the other Plugins you have activated could be introducing the issues you flagged above and per our comments. We’d recommend deactivating these Plugins and testing the results.

    We will add this Plugin Add-on N-Media WooCommerce PPOM you mentioned to a list of Plugins for future compatibility support. Unfortunately right now, we don’t provide compatibility support for 3rd party plugins due to the multiple plugins by various developers. We do understand a need for Product Add-on functionality, we provide a plugin which is supported by the Print Plugin for Product Add-ons.

    -Multi language is not supported. It would be lovely to have a .pot file and just translate according to website language. (If this is offered in the future, I can help with Turkish).

    BizSwoop: Yes, we are working to fix the localization bug to support the translations files from the community. In our next release, we will provide the support. We’d love to have you provide the Turkish translations for the community.

    If deactivating Plugins don’t resolve these errors and issues you flagged. Can you please visit our bizswoop.com/support and send us the following log information to help us reproduce the issue you are experiencing.

    Under the WooCommerce sub menu, click Status. And under the tab System Status, copy and paste the log and details for us to review. Or you can go to this URL on your website https://”www.yourdomain.com”/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=status

    In addition, please click on the tab Logs, send us any error logs linked to the Print plugin. And when you send this additional log information, please let us know the results of the Plugin conflicting with other Plugins installed as you deactivate to verify and test.

    If the issues or errors you reported are able to be reproduced and linked to the Print Plugin, we will work to provide a fix, but if the issues are related to custom code or third party Plugins, unfortunately, we won’t be able to resolve the issues or errors for your site. We’d recommend contacting those Plugin developers to see if their Plugins can be modified to function with the Print Plugin or find other Plugins that are supported by our Plugin.

    Hello again,

    Sorry that I couldn’t work on this plugin for some time.

    -Service Unavailable Error:
    I enabled all plugins one by one to see which is causing the problem. I couldn’t figure out which one was the problem, but in the end, error is not there anymore. Somehow deactivating and activating plugins solved the issue.

    -Page Not Found error:
    Issue is resolved after deactivating other plugins. I received this error on some other admin pages too. So, I believe it isn’t specific to this plugin.

    -Local currency symbol is not displayed in the PDF/print:
    I am using Turkish Lira (?). I don’t have a physical printer right now, so I can only test it on save to google drive (PDF view). When I view sample print within the plugin, it displays the currency correctly. However on google cloud print (PDF), it doesn’t work. I compared it with Euro (€) and it displayed properly. So, I’m not sure if it is related to the plugin or the google cloud print.

    I understand your policy regarding this problem. Before I opened the topic, I actually tried Product Add-on plugin by BizSwoop. However, it didn’t meet my needs for the moment. So, I hope the plugin I am using will be compatible soon.

    In the end, deactivating plugins did solve the issues except the currency symbol and product addons. Thank you for your support.
