Multiple Problems – Unable to Add Meda, Blank Screens after Publishing…

Am having multiple issues:
– When i try to add any media, it doesn’t insert into my posts and then disappeared, as if I never uploaded the files
– Whenever I update anything, whether it be a post or even a setting, I get a blank screen after I click the button
