Multiple problems with Ebook Store

Hi
I have some few problems with getting this plugin work proper. I use woo as payment gateway. After a successful payment the customer are able to download the book from the bottom at the return page. That is in basic what’s working.
1) The customer is reciving the conformation email , but the email contain only the form template and not the dynamic content.
2) it should be auto created and account in WP for each customer buying the book. That is not working.
3) All new orders should be listed under “Orders” in Ebook store. Not working
4) QR code: is added to each page in the book, but does not contain any information.

Would appreciate some help.
