Multiple problems with floating bar

I am using WP 3.5 and have unfortunately had problems with this plugin.
1. It fails to position properly (mostly in Firefox and sometimes in Chrome) near the top of an article but ends up somewhere in the middle.
2. Some buttons fail to show up such as FB like when I load a page for the first time. When I refresh, they show up.
3. Refreshing also sometimes fixes the positioning problem.
The plugin is too unpredictable. I have tried everything from disabling other plugins to emptying my cache to no avail. After several frustrating hours, I was forced to change to the “AA’s Digg Digg Alternative” that has much fewer features, which is a pity because I like the power and features this plugin has. I hope it is fixed so that I begin using it again.
