Multiple problems with time slots

1. I need to have two rules: Tu-Fr from 9 am to 5 pm and Sa from 9 am to 1 pm just one shift for each rule. Unfortunately, the second rule doesn’t apply on the users side. I enabled the second shift for Sa with the same time and looks like it works. However, it resets on its own on next day.
2. I can’t unlock the time that was locked previously. When I update the page or to a next day and then back, it is locked again. I still can do reservations at that time, but an email doesn’t go to a customer.
