Multiple Product options

Hi Guys, n Gals

I am trying to build a site that has multiple options for the product it has

a yes or no for coated
A colour option
qty option
length in MM

Where do I begin to set this up, we will have around 150 items all with the same options (different core products) Which leads to my next question can we build one then duplicate it changing images & costs (as all other options are constant)
