I’m trying to sell multiple products on the same page, and have users check out from the same shopping cart.

    What’s wrong with my code?

Hi bedstuyguy, what is the actual problem you are experiencing. Can you also share your URL.

    Thank you

I’m trying to sell multiple products on the same page, and have users check out from the same shopping cart. But two things don’t seem to be working:

    1) When a person clicks on one “add to cart” item, it adds that particular item to the cart. When you click on the other item, it replaces the first item instead of adding it to the cart.

    2) I’m unable to change the quantity of the items I want to purchase. When I change the quantity number and hit enter, the page refreshes with no changes.

    Here’s the URL: https://tomjoynerfoundation.org/i-love-udc-tshirt/

    Thanks

Hi do you have any cache plugin installed?

Hi I just did another test on my testing platform similar settings to the ones you display above and it works for me. I clicked on two different products and both displayed in the shopping cart. I then changed the amount for each product hit enter on my keyboard and it changed for me and the cart value updated as well.

Can you enable debug mode and check the log file.

Didn’t work on my end. Will have my admin guys check out the log files tomorrow. Shopping cart developers said to check my PHP set up as well.

    Thanks.

Developers updated. But still could get it working.

Don’t know what else to do?

Hi Neil, can you deactivate all your other plugins except this one and see if it works. If it doesn’t can you test a different theme like one of WordPress default themes for example Twenty Fourteen.

Deactivated all other plugins except shopping cart. Still not working.

Will delete this plug in and just use my gravity forms tools.

    Thanks for your help.

@neil sorry to hear we could not resolve your issue. I am also glad you found an alternative solution to your problem.

If you are no longer going to use this plugin can you mark this support thread as resolved.

    Thank you

I’m having the same issue. I’m trying to sell multiple products on the same page, and have users check out from the same shopping cart.
Now, when a product is added to the shopping cart, it populates all of the shopping carts.

Here is the my site to see the experience.

    Thanks for any help.
