Multiple-Property Use

This is a pre-sales questions. We are website developers and have a client with specific requirements.

A. Does the plugin support multiple Properties?

We need to provide availability calendar on a single site with multiple properties with each property having access to their own unique user (owner). So here is how we need it to work:

1. Property blongs to a Subscriber (owner)
2. Property shows availability on the unique property page
3. Each subscriber/owber can log in to edit their property page, which also allows them to edit their calendar (only their own and no other property/subscriber)
4. Some owners/subscribers may have more than 1 property so their log in gives them access to multiple properties hence multiple calendar

B. Can the functionality be resrtcited based on the user/subscriber?

For example can some subscribers be allowed to only set Availability and not the Booking functionality hence allowing the website to offer different levels of subscription.

This means some properties will show availability calendar but nothing more, whilst some can be booked online depending on the subscription level the owner has paid for.

Is it possible to do ether of this on this plug in?
