Multiple protected blogs for individual users on one site

Hello,

I am having a little trouble setting this up.

The site I am putting together is for a wedding photographer, I would love to have it function as follows.

Initially a standard photographer site with a portfolio page, about page, contact page, a commercial blog and a page where each client can log in to view their own personal blog.

I would like all personal blogs to be password protected and feed from twitter #tags so all people at the wedding can upload their snaps to the couples blog page.

I have finished the initial pages such as portfolio, about, contact and commercial blog but I am struggling with how to set up the individual password protected blogs with a twitter feed.

I hope that all makes sense.

Any advice at all would be really appreciated!
