Multiple questions: new email subscribe feature

    Hi,

    I’m new to WordPress and am setting up my first blog (www.njnonprofits.org/blog – not yet live).

    I’m testing the setup with the latest Social Media Icon Plus and have a couple of questions:

    Get New Posts by Email: When I test this using one of my emails to subscribe, nothing happens – I just get returned to the same blog window. The email I used to subscribe does not get a confirmation, and I can’t find anywhere on the back end to show that anyone attempted to subscribe. What else am I supposed to do to set this up properly? And as an admin, where would I find the names of new subscribers?

  • Thanks Iczipo. It doesn’t work properly if your site isn’t live yet. After you went live, could you please re-install the plugin and see if all is clear then? If not please reach out to me at support at ultimatelysocial dot com.
