multiple questions poll/survey

So the “standard” poll plugin will let you ask ONE question, most likely on the sidebar.

What if you wanted to do a “best restaurant in (city)”, and the first question is besst burger restaurant in (city), where it has 5 options, after they vote, it goes to second question like best vegan restaurant in (cty), 5 options after they vote…get what I am asking?

How can I do that? Obviously I would like the answers in one e-mail, not get 20 e-mails (let’s say the poll/survey would have 20 questions).
