Hi,

In order to add multiple recipient email address, please follow the steps below:
1) Please go to settings page yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=contact_form.php
2) Type email addresses separated by commas in the ‘Use this email address’ field.
3) Save Changes.
4) Check the result.

Thank you so much for get back to me. I’ve already tried this however, it did not work for me. Also I’m getting message only in my Gmail account, If I’ve added any Yahoo email account or any other email account I don’t get any message from the contact form.

Is there something you could help please?

Unfortunately, we cannot reproduce this problem on our local environment. Please provide the access credentials to your WordPress admin dashboard (with Administrator’s permissions) and the FTP credentials (host, username and password), in order to detect the reason and find the solution.
