Multiple Recipients

  • Hi I would like a drop down box where two email addresses appear and customers are able to select a recipient. I have entered the following in the Form box.

    <p> </p>

    <p>[select recipient “[email protected]” “[email protected]”]<p>
    <p>[text* your-text placeholder “First and Last Name”] </p>
    <p>[email* your-email placeholder “Email Address”] </p>
    <p>[text* your-text placeholder “Subject”] </p>

    <p> </p>

    <p>[textarea your-message placeholder “Please leave us a short message.”] </p>

    <p>[submit “Send”]</p>

    In the Mail box I added [recipient] in the To: box. I tested this and I did not receive the emails. Any ideas as to what I am missing?

  • Your “drop down box where two email addresses appear and customers are able to select a recipient” looks fine.

    I suspect ??your issues may be due to general problems with sending emails from CF7. For example using the email address you collect in<p>[email* your-email placeholder "Email Address"] </p> as the From: emails address in CF7 could create problems.
