Multiple refers from "block.opendns.com" address, What is that?

    I’ve been using the Site Stats plugin from Jetpack and I noticed today that I had an unusually high number of views… In the referrers box, the top referrer (at 36 views) was this really long address:

    What is “block.opendns.com” and why did it query my blog 36 times today? The address itself doesn’t go to anything established.
    Is my site being blocked? Is this some sort of malware? Any info would be loverly… thanks!
