    Hi

    I am using the free version for a little building event. Can’t figure out how to prevent folks from registering multiple times ? Is there a way to check if they’ve registered already – either via a custom question reply ( I had them add their mobile numbers as a custom qn).
    The problem is since the passcode doesn’t appear on the confirmation mail and people want to change their registration info ( my other custom question is a time slot) and cannot remmemeber the passcode, they simple re-register.

    The free version doesn’t have any duplicate checking for the email address. You could create a static guest list which would prevent it. I will add the passcode to the email that gets sent out in the free version. Give me a few days.

    Wow you are super quick! Thank you. I thought about adding guests but some folks use initials and not their full name and that would lead to some names not showing up.

    Sorry for the slowness in getting out an update. I just released 2.5.7 which includes the passcode in the email sent to attendees. I hope that helps.
