"Multiple" Related Posts

Have been using YARPP for years and love it a lot. Thanks for the great work. Here I have a quick question: Can I have multiple YARPP functions enable, for example, on a single post, one YARPP display related posts, another YARPP display only related custom post type. I can achieve this by using two different plugins and just want to know if YARPP is able to handle two different calls in the template file. Thanks!
