Multiple role servers

  • Hi,
    I am going to use the plugin to connect members of a membership to a Discord server.

    This membership has three pricing plans: limited free plan, monthly plan and annual plan.

    We have customers with a free plan, who will access a number of Discord channels and I have solved this correctly by mapping the membership roles with server roles on the Discord server.

    For customers on paid plans, is there an option to be able to map the same Discord role to two membership plans?

    Hi @sedmikrasky Thanks for your message.
    We are currently working on the feature so you can map the same server role to multiple pmpro levels.

    This development will be available by next week.
    If you are in hurry, you can try a workaround.
    1) create multiple server roles with the same level of permissions but with different names.
    2) Assign each role to pmpro levels.

    Yes, I had considered creating several roles on the Discord server but it’s not the best solution. At the moment of mentioning the users under the same role on Discord it gets difficult as I would have to mention the paid-monthly-users and the paid-annual-users.

    So I’m looking forward to the next update next week!
