Multiple roles, but admin still cannot view certain pages

Hi. a client of ours uses this plugin, and they have pages that are meant to be seen only bu those with Retail or Trade logins. I’ve setup a login for myself, with EVERY level attached, and still I cannot view the pages.

Is there a secure Way I can send you details, so you could perhaps take a look for me?
