    It appears that Support Candy does not provide for having multiple Agent Roles per Agent. Could someone please confirm this for me, or, if I am incorrect, how I tag Agents with more than one role?

    Other than for this blip, this would be a great product for us. Without it, it is likely going to be a show-stopper. That would be too bad because otherwise I think it would be an excellent subscription for us.

    Sorry for the delayed response due to Weekends.

    It is not possible to assign multiple agent roles to agent. But please let us know your requirement or workflow so we can help you with some workaround.

    Thank-you for your response. It does indeed confirm what I thought was the case. I have managed a work-around. It means a tad more work from a maintenance point of view (as people’s roles change), but nothing that would preclude me recommending this product to my colleagues.
