Multiple roles for multiple shows

Hey everyone,

I run a theater production agency. We have (as of today) 2 shows that we play all over the country and sometimes rest of the world. Because it is very popular, we have multiple artists playing different roles and different times.

I have set up the website for fans to look up when and where we are playing. I would like to add the cast for certain shows. The easy part is – both shows have 4 characters each, and that almost all artists play at least 1 role in both shows. The cast usually is set up to a month before. I have EventOn, and was wondering if it would be possible, to add meta data windows indicating who is playing the role and a link to the artists’ page.

I know it would be easier to input it manually in each event, BUT it is very time consuming especially when we have 30-40 events a month and a pretty old cast (it’s the subject of the show but causes that we have to often change the roster). Besides that I would love to be able to collect the info on who played what and how many times, but that could be a pipe dream with the setup I have.
