I have tested Google Pay multiple times into one account, it works but everytime a new payment happens, even if its same card, it is saved as different card and as a result I now have each card multiple times on the saved card sections like https://ibb.co/hmzRSSS
I know Google Pay is directly communicating with stripe so its stripe problem that creates a different card id each time even if its same card, but can you try to bypass this and fix the issue? Even with a simple but working way like removing every card that has same last4 digits with another. I know its a sloppy way but it will work for 99.9% of times correct since its highly unlike someone has different cards with same last4 digits. Can you include this in the next update?

  • Hello,

Thank you for reaching out. May I ask which page this screenshot section is on?

To get a better understanding, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

This is the checkout part of Stripe. Also the same cards are also shown in Payment Methods in My Account section. I dont see any reason to get system report, everything works fine and this is not a problem of my site since I have seen it elsewhere too. The problem is of the plugin and I suggested a way to bypass it.

    Hello,

I understand what you are saying, please note that each site configuration is unique, for this reason in order to check much better we ask you to provide details.

    * Please enable Stripe’s debug log, under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe then try to place a test order on the site so that it will generate logs to check this issue.

    * Then go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, be sure there are entries already created for Stripe, you can copy those error logs and paste them here in your response for us to check.

    * Please include the System status report as mentioned previously, you can redact any sensitive information from it. That will help.

Let us know, we appreciate your understanding.

Being unable to solve your plugin problems doesn’t mean the problem is resolved
