I have a client that schedules products to go live at a certain time. Despite being on a VPS (should be able to handle the power) not all the products go live at the same time, resulting in only part of his products live, confusing his customers and potentially costing sales.

Worse, there doesn’t seem to be a way to force Woo to make a product live when its scheduled, other than changing the schedule time.

    Any ideas?

  • Hello @pushthepixel ,

I am sorry to hear about the issue.

Can you please let me know, how many products are scheduled at a time?

I will recommend going through the regular WordPress scheduling troubleshooting steps –

    • Is your timezone correct in your Settings -> General page?
    • Did you save your post as a draft rather than schedule it? For the post to publish, you must click the Schedule button.
    • Has no one visited your blog yet? Try logging out and visiting your blog’s front page.
    • You can find more details about scheduling in WordPress here – https://make.www.ads-software.com/support/user-manual/content/posts/schedule-a-post/

If you want to remove scheduling and publish immediately, you have to cancel the scheduling and then you will get the “Publish” button.

Also, you can test the scheduling while having only WooCommerce activated. Other plugins can cause conflicts on this as well. Learn more about conflict test here.

      Let me know the update.

      Thank you ??

    Hey there,

thanks for the help. Server time is correct, I use scheduling often, but for some reason not all the products go live at the same time, despite being set to do so.

    Hello @pushthepixel ,

    I understand the trouble.

Have you been able to go through the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the WordPress documentation? – https://make.www.ads-software.com/support/user-manual/content/posts/schedule-a-post/

If the problem persists regularly, let me know how many products are scheduled at a time? Also, check if your server has any error log when the scheduling fails. You can share the error log here to explain the problem as well.

    Thank you ??
