Multiple Sections not showing in customize

  • I am trying to setup a small website and I was thinking to buy the premium template of “Docotors” but it seems not to be working properly. The website is https://www.pasadenamedicare.com

    The Sections were I could add info about the center, like “appointment, schedule, online bill…” do not show up in the appearance->customize. All it shows is:

    General
    Menu
    Widget
    Header & Footer
    Color & Background
    Tipography
    Additional CSS

    What am I missing?

    I have emailed the support but after days they have not answered, which tells me that whether pro or not you are going to waste your money.

    Edit: we have decided to change theme and not invest any more time on this one.
