Multiple Self Rating System in Sidebar

    Forgive the newb question, I just installed and started on WordPress today.

    I am creating a travel site that will have a number of pages, and each page will have information about one location. I want to give a rating for that location in a number of different categories, and for the ratings to appear in a visual format on a sidebar. See this page here, the sidebar on the left starting about half way down. https://www.powderhounds.com/Japan/Hokkaido/Asahidake.aspx

    The categories would mostly be the same across all pages, and I’d like to choose my own image to display (like they have paw-prints here). Ideally I’d like to somehow just be able to type in a number somewhere for each category for each page. What are my options for this?
