Multiple simmilar websites with location based content

Hello,
I’m trying to update a company website. The former developer created two nearly identical copies of the website for two different locations. They are registered under the same domain, but the branched site linking to a hidden /{location} page. I require a few more location-based sites, but don’t like the idea of creating more identical websites to host them, instead of having them all under the same login. How am I able to resolve this issue? Support chat seems impossible to get in touch with..
