• So, I have several completely SEPARATE client sites that have nothing in common except me – the designer. I was wondering if there was a way for them to create an account on their site, and be able to sign in on mine with the same credentials.

i.e. Joe Smith (jSmith,password1) makes an account on his wp site that I made for him (hissite.com). He clicks a link to go to mysite.com and can sign in (jSmith,password1) without having to create an account.

Everything I see for multisite would not work, but I could be wrong.

    Any ideas?

install the plugin “Clef”. It’s two factor auth that works across websites. I use it on dozens of sites. Basically, you login to clef and it authenticates you to the sites.

Thank you for the quick reply! I will check into it, but I don’t think I will be able to pass it off to most of my clients unfortunately. Do you know of any other options that authenticates you to multiple sites?

You could connect every site to your WordPress.com account using Jetpack

@staartmees, I do not use jetpack so I am not familiar with it. Does this enable all of the users from one site to be able to sign in automatically to all others, or are there extra steps?
