    Hello @riyazmuhammad

Thanks for reaching out regarding your sitemap.

Your Yoast-generated XML sitemap should be accessible from /sitemap_index.xml/. Please provide some more information:

    • Do you have a multilingual plugin for site translation?
    • What do you have in WordPress > Settings > General as the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL)?

    Hi @maybellyne ,

Thank you so much for the quick reply.

1- we don’t have a multilingual plugin installed

2- our site url and wordpress url are different .

    WordPress url – https://wahi.com

    Site url – https://wahi.com/ca/en

    Thanks,

    Hey @riyazmuhammad,

Thank you for your reply and more info. It looks like you are running Yoast SEO Premium on your site. For support on our commercial products, please reach out to us directly – as support for our commercial products is not allowed here on the forums.

Hi @jeroenrotty, We don’t have subscription currently active. Could you please help here.

    Thanks,

    Hey @riyazmuhammad,

As said, we can’t give support on commercial products here, as that is against the forum guidelines. We’d recommend removing an outdated Yoast SEO Premium if you don’t have an active subscription and only use free. Also updating it to the latest version is recommended. If so, then we can check how we can help.
