Multiple social buttons that are the same, with different URL adresses for each

  • I’m looking for a plugin or something where I can add a social button to each page of my website but each page of the pages buttons being of a different address. Facebook, Twitter and Soundcloud.

    Every plugin i find seems to only allow to have one URL address per button.

    Can anyone help me out?
