    Hi,
I would like is their any available extension or plugin for my requirements as below

I have around 8 local braches of my Store in My city, currently I use woocommerce and when customer placed the order, the main branch receive and we redirect that order to the nearest branch to the customer address via email or message or call. So what I want is the order should go to nearest branch with the help of zipcode or something like that.

    Or

Currently except main branch for other store we don’t use any admin panel to keep the record of orders & all, so how to have individual sub stores for all branches to keep individual records of order received, stock etc. also, when new order is placed it should go to all branches then only the nearest will accept it and start next procedure.

    Regards,
    Shridsan

    Hi @shridsan2010

    Thanks for reaching out.

This is quite a complex setup you have going! While it would be possible to use something like Product Vendors to create “sub stores”, each product would be assigned to a vendor, and having them automatically directed to a select “sub store” based on the customer’s zip code would require further customizations.

Because this would require more complex development, I’ll go ahead and leave this thread open for a while in case anyone else wants to chime in, but in the meantime, I can also recommend the following resources for more development-oriented questions:

    – WooCommerce Slack Community: https://woocommerce.com/community-slack/
    – Advanced WooCommerce group on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/advanced.woocommerce/

Also, you may want to consider having this custom coded for your specific requirements, in which case I could recommend the following resources for help: https://woocommerce.com/customizations/

    Thanks!

Does Multi Vendor plugin will help for this?

Yes it might indeed help with this scenario.
The multi vendor plugin that my colleague suggests is https://woocommerce.com/products/product-vendors/
However, even with Product Vendors all order emails will go to through the main store admin.
As to sending order emails to all the stores, you can add extra emails as a comma separated list to the recipient field of the New Order emails under WooCommerce ? Settings ? Emails

I hope that helps you to figure it out.
Feel free to get back to us if you have further questions.
