We have a single HubSpot account and two separate websites running WooCommerce; one sells products through a conventional woocommerce instance, the other sells seats at education classes through the Event Tickets Plus plugin.

Can we pull data from both of these sites into our HubSpot account and assign (or tag) the information to either PRODUCT SALES or EDUCATION categories in some way?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello,

Thanks for showing your interest in “HubSpot WooCommerce Integration”. Here is the clear explanation of your query:

    >Can we pull data from both of these sites into our HubSpot account and assign (or tag) the information to either PRODUCT SALES or EDUCATION categories in some way?

Our plugin (free version )can fetch and update the contacts data to HubSpot from both the sites if the customer roles of both the site are same otherwise you have to add the other site roles manually to the HubSpot “customer_group” property.

Also regarding the categories assignment to HubSpot, this can be achieved with our pro version. With that, you can explore more new features and also we have some exciting add-ons ready to published such HubSpot deals on every order and HubSpot Customers Sync.

    Hi Novosano,

Which version of HubSpot are you using?

If you’re using Basic, Pro or Enterprise you could set up Smart Lists in HubSpot.

Lists (Smart or Static) are similar to using Tags in other CRMs.

What’s your end goal? e.g. Reporting? Follow up emails? Nurturing?

    Have fun
    Mike
