Multiple sub accounts created by Google Listings and Ads Plugin

I understand that you’ve encountered an issue with multiple sub-accounts being created and taking over access from your master account, and you’re unable to delete them due to insufficient permissions.

First, please ensure that you are logged in as the master account holder. This will grant you the necessary permissions to manage and delete sub-accounts.

If you are logged in as the master account holder and still unable to delete the sub-accounts, there may be a plugin conflict causing the issue. To troubleshoot this, please temporarily deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce and see if the issue persists. If the issue is resolved, you can reactivate the plugins one by one to identify which plugin is causing the conflict.

If the issue still persists, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
