From the description, this looks like a very promising plugin for our requirements; we’re a small, non-profit dog rescue organization. We plan to have several (at least 3) flavors of public-facing application forms on our WordPress site, also accessible by back-office staff for review, processing, editing, etc., so the forms and corresponding tables won’t all be the same record structure and data. Will this plugin support multiple tables (multiple record structures) and associated forms on a single WordPress site? For example, Adoption Applicants, Foster Applicants, Volunteer Applicants. Or is this a one-table-per-WordPress-site implementation? Thanks!

The plugin uses only one table, and it’s not possible to set up multiple tables, however it is sufficiently flexible to handle multiple types pf forms and submissions, so it may work for your application. Take a look at this article that explains how that can be set up:

Thank you for the speedy reply! So, as I understand it, I define a single record structure that holds all of the fields for all of the form types and then use a record type field to discriminate which type of record it is and use the appropriate fields for that record type. I think I can work with that. Seems easier than Gravity Forms and its API and all the API PHP that would need to happen. Grateful for the guidance.

    Please consider this thread resolved.
