Multiple tags

Hi, I cannot get the AND operator to work.
I want to only display posts that have both tags.

And tried these:
[display-posts taxonomy=”post_tag” tax_term=”austin, lake” tax_operator=”AND”]
[display-posts taxonomy=”post_tag” tax_term=”austin+lake” tax_operator=”AND”]
[display-posts taxonomy=”post_tag” tax_term=”austin+lake”]
[display-posts tag=”austin+lake”]
[display-posts tag=”austin, lake” tax_operator=”AND”]

Nothing works. It always displays posts that have either tag or nothing at all.
