    hi
    1- is it possible to create more than one user that who can do check in
    as example in cinema there are 3 entering gates and each gate has its employee that has his mobile that contains fooevent check in app
    is that possible

    2- need to know can I determine the number of times that user can use the ticket ?
    as example I want to determine that user can use the purchased ticket for 1 or 2 or 5 times
    so after doing check in for this time for the determined number then the ticket will considered as used

  • Hi there,

    Tickets can be checked in by multiple users. If you are using the mobile check in app, you just need to add the api key on each phone. If checking users in through the website interface, you would create a new WordPress user for each person, with a user role that allows checking in attendees. ie, “Editor”

    When an attendee is “checked in”, it toggles their checked in status on the site. They can also be “checked out” and back in. This can be done unlimited times. There is not a way to limit the number of checkins on a single ticket.
