Multiple Unique Conditions Error

    I have multiple unique conditions set up, which show fine in the menu selection, but I have the following error above any menu on my site now:

    Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘wpb_new_menu_conditions’ not found or invalid function name in /srv/users/coalesce/apps/celebration-of-hope/public/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 288
