Multiple Users and Access to Plugins

Hi

Not quite sure what to call this or how to do a search on it!

Basically I want to create a blog with 10 users all with access to read and edit posts and pages (their own) and also access to a gallery plugin to add, edit or delete their own images – but not to see anyone else’s.

I am thinking about the possibility of 10 blogs but it seems a lot of work to manage a mu when all I want is a single blog with multiple users access to their own material only.

I would also like to show them only the menus they will be using in the admin panel and hide all others.
