multiple users for one page

My client has a number of different resellers. These resellers all get a one-pager for their content. But I don’t want to have to make a new page for every single reseller. What’s the best strategy here? I have considered multisite functionality but after reading https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Before_You_Create_A_Network I wasn’t so sure.
