Multiple users from the same company do not see the content on the front end

    I am creating for a company a page where they will receive the resumes for their job vacancies.
    They have 5 employees and everyone needs to have access to the same content as the vacancies on the front end.
    I already tried to use the User role Editor, I assigned so much role that I became an administrator. But there are no vacancies in the Front-end. Only in the Back End, which does not help us.
    Can you help me how to solve? I just need multiple users to have access to the same content, without the need for access control.
    If you have a job, all company employees must be able to view, edit and delete.

    That being said, by default, WP Job Manager assigns job postings to a single account and it is not possible for other users to view jobs posted by another account in the job dashboard on the frontend. This is not something that can be changed by using the User role editor. All administrator-level accounts can view all jobs in WP-Admin.

    I know some users had success with using the Co-Authors Plus plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/co-authors-plus/) to solve this but I’m not sure if any code customizations were required.
