Multiple Users Same Employer

    Hi,

    I would like to know, if it/s possible or could be a workaround, have multiple users with different username/password assigned to the same employer account?
    Or, have multiple user accounts that links their job post to a main account.

    Right now I have 12 recruiters using the same employer account, but when they log in at the same time, they can’t post a new job. I know the platform wasn’t created with this in mind and we would like if its possible, even if we need to hire a developer.

    Hi @maocasio,

    Interesting question! It’s not possible to do this with core WPJM , but there’s a forum thread for the plugin “Groups”, which discusses this idea in more detail: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/multiple-users-same-employer/ It seems to be what you’re interested in doing.

    By default, WPJM uses the standard WordPress user functionality, so I’d assume the above plugin would work with WPJM, but I have not personally tested it, so YMMV. ??

    I’d love to hear how it works for you if you end up giving it a try!

    Thanks for the recommendation about the Groups plugin. In my case, 1 employer / multiple recruiter accounts. It kindly worked out of the box! I created 1 main group (Employer) and gave all WPJM capabilities and 1 group (Recruiters) where they can only read others recruiters job listing, from their account.

    This behavior is fully working from the WordPress Dashboard (backend). The theme I’m using, have an Employer frontend dashboard and that behavior is not showing there. I’m already talking with the developer to see if it’s possible to show this behavior in the frontend.

    @nghtmre I also didn’t found the thread, I searched for the plugin instead.

    Arg, sorry, y’all. Looks like I posted the link to **this** thread, and now I can’t find the one that originally led me to the Groups plugin. ??
