multiple versions of jquery

Hoping you can help me at:
https://174.122.37.130/~msctimec/lp-free-time-tracking-software-trial/My theme is loading jquery already:
https://174.122.37.130/~msctimec/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.11.0′but if I leave this out:
https://174.122.37.130/~msctimec/wp-content/themes/msctime/bValidator-0.73/jquery-1.11.0.min.jsit doesn’t work.
But if I leave it in I get conflicts with layerslider and other elements but then it worksI have currently left them both in.
Could you please advise?
