multiple videos show up in player

I have two issues. The first is the multiple videos. With the code on the page only specifying one video, usually two videos show up. It seems to be pulling videos from other locations in the site? Not sure how that would happen.

I host all my own videos. Usually I only pull from one location. In this instance the video i’m trying to call is coming from a second server.

The second problem is that the video only plays for a couple seconds and then switches to the second video. This happens again and again until the window is closed.

The STRANGEST part is that post prior to yesterday work as expected but all current posts have this anomaly.
