Multiple warnings

Hi!
The thumbnail and title show fine, but there are multiple warnings with each listing. I’m using a staging site and wonder if that is the issue or perhaps it’s the plugin because I see a lot of other posts in here about warnings due to images sizes etc? The widget can be found on this page’s sidebar under Featured Posts: https://tda.wpstagecoach.com/chakras-archetype-male/
