multiple websites on ws 2003 / iis / xampp/dns

  • my operation system is windows server 2003
    run iis[v4] and dns service,
    after that i install xampp
    with this tools
    i need to know how to set wordpress get public ip and seen from other networks
    and after that i like to learn how to have multiple website on this server..

    i ran web pi, and it didnt work in my windows server
