Multiple Wholesale Roles per User

    Hello!

    I want to allow a user to have multiple wholesale roles. My issue is I have wholesale prices for all items under “wholesale_customer” role. When I want to give special pricing per a specific item, I create a new role and just add a wholesale price for that new role on a specific item. Is this the proper way and is it possible to have multiple wholesale roles for a customer and when checking out the lowest price is applied.

    Hi @budzburn,

    We don’t recommend assigning multiple wholesale roles to one account as there might be some conflict happening in the background.

    May I know what do you mean by “special pricing per a specific item”? Why don’t just update the existing wholesale price for the default wholesale_customer role?

    Hello!

    For instance:

    Hat $5 standard wholesale
    Shoe $8 standard wholesale
    Shirt $9 standard wholesale

    James has a different wholesale price for hats @$4. I don’t want to have to add in prices for his role on all the other items where the price stays the same as standard wholesale. What is the best way to handle this situation? I don’t want to have to add wholesale prices for additional roles where the price doesn’t change for that specific item.
