multiple wordpress with subdomains

Hi.. i have one question.. i want to know if i can use wordpress for this

i need to build a site with multiples subdomains, like xxx.domain.com yyy.domain.com zzz.domain.com etc…

each subdmain is for diferent countries and the global site domain.com.

i want to publish post in every country site and join all post in my global sites
