Multiple/different email recipients

I have 2 suggestions:

1) Make the field required(*) in the FORM so it *must* be completed:

[select* recipient “Reasearch|[email protected]” “Services|[email protected]” “About us|[email protected]” “Projects|[email protected]”]

2) Place the mail-tag only in the To field in the MAIL tab:

To: [recipient]

how can I generate an email, for example:

To: [email protected]
Message: Your email will be redirected to Research.

Does anyone have a solution for this?
I have also managed to add multiple e-mail addresses, but also added a central address as a CC address. In the message, I would like it to show the value selected in the drop down, and not the e-mail address. Any ideas? Thanks.

I have the multiple recipient working, but need the value they selected in the drop-down to be displayed on the email message. How do I do this?
