I’m a newbie to WordPress so apologies if my terminology is incorrect. I’ve got a table of data that shows how long it takes for one person to perform various tasks. I’d like the ability to display the table by showing how long it would take to complete the tasks with 2, 3, 4 etc people. So, someone coming to my website could enter how many people (in to a form field?) they have available and then the table is displayed but with each cell divided by the number of people. I can see how to manage the formulas but I can’t find a way to reference a value entered in to a separate field. Is this possible?

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

I see what you mean, but unfortunately, I’ll have to disappoint you here. Something like this is not directly possible with TablePress. It does not have a feature to directly take input of a form field and use it in table data or formulas. Sorry.

    Regards,
    Tobias

No problem, I learnt a lot from using your add-in (because it’s so clear, simple and logical) so it’s been very valuable. Thank you for the incredibly prompt reply.
